Cardiff have opened talks with Dijon to sign England U21 centre-back Jonathan Panzo.
QPR and Stoke are also interested in bringing the former Chelsea academy player back to England.
Panzo joined Dijon from Monaco in 2020 and also spent time on loan at Cercle Brugge.
He has five caps for England’s U21 side.

Hapless Newcastle Embarrassed by Minnows in FA Cup
Newcastle Utd were at the receiving end of a giant killing in the FA Cup this afternoon and minnows Cambridge Utd managed an incredible one goal to nil win in St James’ Park.
In truth, Newcastle were poor throughout but Eddie Howe’s men were consistently denied by man of the match Dimitar Mitov. Mitov pulled off a string of high quality saves, most notably denying Jacob Murphy in the first half and Joelinton in the dying stages.
